This is a moving liquidation auction. There are 65 lots, so one will close every minute (unless extended by bidding)... it will go fast, so be prepared.
Items are not located at the store, but are close and are available for inspection during hours we are open or by appointment.
There is no sales tax on this auction.
All items sold ‘AS IS’ and ‘WHERE IS’
We accept cash, your good check, or cashier’s checks. Credit cards and PayPal can be accepted; however, a 4% transaction fee will be added to the total.
All items must be paid for and picked up or arrangements made for payment and pick up WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the item/items won. Regardless of payment status, items not picked up within two weeks after the auction is complete will be forfeited to Oistad Estate & Auction Service (unless specifically arranged).
