All items sold ‘AS IS’ and ‘WHERE IS’
We accept cash, your good check, or cashier’s checks. Credit cards and PayPal can be accepted; however, a 4% transaction fee will be added to the total.
All items must be paid for and picked up or arrangements made for payment and pick up WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the item/items won. Regardless of payment status, items not picked up within two weeks after the auction is complete will be forfeited to Oistad Estate & Auction Service (unless specifically arranged). No refund for payment will be given. Items become possession of Oistad Estate & Auction Service.
